Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own all phases of the sales process and sales targets for INNIO’s digital product portfolio
  • Enhance product roadmaps for distributors and key accounts solutions in collaboration with the Digital department
  • Manage and apply selling techniques to sell the vision and value proposition of INNIO’s digital solutions
  • Develop and enhance true pricing strategy for digital products, discover technical obstacles and drive business solutions forward
  • Maintain strong local relationships with channel partners & key customers and align with regional & global INNIO functions to deliver in these markets

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree of applied science, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Very good working experience in the energy industry and B2B sales experience with demonstrable results
  • Ability to develop sales forecast, plan and conduct product portfolio, discover potential business needs, and drive sales profitability forward
  • Strong team player, inclusive & open-minded approach, high say/do ratio, strong interpersonal skillset
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial thinking, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • Strong MS-Office skills and good know-how of various ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% globally

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.149,90 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
