Description:

We are looking for a team leader responsible for international HR administrative processes, with strong emphasis on transition and process improvement. You will lead a small and growing team of HR Administration Specialists, providing Human Resources services, and improving HR processes. This position is to cover a maternity leave.

The team currently manages HR administration duties for Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, and other countries.  The team leader will support the business by either bringing in-house HR administrative tasks from external vendors or by setting up the respective processes for countries where INNIO is growing.

In this position, you will be the main interface between your direct reports, the global HR Operations lead, next level leadership, local leadership, and external service providers. You will be part of the local HR team in Budapest and report to INNIO’s Global Payroll leader based in Austria.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of country-specific HR Operations tasks, such as employee lifecycle documents, on- & offboarding, time & attendance, benefits administration. You will also provide hands-on support to your team by taking over tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with external payroll provider, provide payroll inputs and review payroll outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labour laws, processes, and policies.
  • Collaborate with global HR leadership to establish efficient processes and continuously improve to ensure a high level of services delivery. Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, simplify, digitalize and automate processes. Monitor and evaluate the impact of measures.
  • Lead the insourcing or setting up of new countries and support the setup of HR administration within the globally expanding INNIO landscape,
  • Cultivate relationships with local and remote (HR) teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Lead and manage the HR Operations team, ensuring a high level of team performance and engagement.
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and coaching, to team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee the team’s workload, assign tasks, and monitor team performance, while balancing the workload of the team

Once the current Team Leader returns from maternity leave, leadership duties will revert back. Future opportunities: movement to individual contributor/ different role may be possible depending on business growth and employee performance.


Your profile:

  • University degree
  • Service oriented with a passion for diverse HR-related topics
  • Experienced in working within HR Operations area (4+ yrs)
  • experienced in leading teams (2-3 yrs)
  • Experienced in working in a shared service center
  • Experienced in process improvements and adopting systems solutions for automation and efficiency
  • Very strong project and process management skills
  • Ability to work professionally and proactively with multiple international internal and external client groups,
  • Proficiency in Hungarian. Fluency in English. Any additional languages highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: word, excel, power point, outlook, etc.
    experience with Workday or similar HR systems desired
