Your Responsibilities:

• Review new customer orders for completeness and ensure correct entry of contract terms in Oracle
• Manage invoicing (accounts receivable) throughout the project execution phase
• Check payment status for planned deliveries and ensure all necessary invoices are paid
• Book revenue in Oracle when requirements are met and manage required documentation

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Professional experience in Accounting and/or Controlling
• Strong analytical skills to link financial results to operational performance drivers
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills
• 12+ months experience with Oracle, especially project accounting and AR modules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English; German preferred
• Valid work permit for Austria required (Non-EU citizens: please attach the permit to your application)
