In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support billing activities for our Italian region (assuring comprehension of the invoices, escalations, enabling smooth payments process for customers)
• Reconcile customer’s accounts
• Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies (Finance, Order Management, etc.)

Your profile:

• Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business Administration, Languages and literature, etc.)
• Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours / week
• Strong command of English + Italian – both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
• Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills, ability to  handle multiple priorities
