Advanced Training Project Specialist (m/f/d) German Speaker - Maternity Replacement for 1 year

The Advanced Training Project Specialist (m/f/d) supports the Field Service training programs and manages the reporting portfolio. In this role you develop training courses for adults and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders:

Your Responsibilities:
- Support and further develop the Field Service Certification Program (about 50% of your time)
- Maintain certification structures in the LMS and track status
- Act as the go-to person for the certification program, sharing reports and supporting stakeholders throughout the year
- Onboard new Distributors or Key Accounts
- Update and keep the training reporting portfolio up to date (about 20% of your time)
- Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Define reporting solutions with the external vendor and/or internal BI team
- Create, maintain and regularly share reports and dashboards
- Develop effective training courses for adults (about 30% of your time)
- Analyze training needs and support team in defining effective learning objectives and content
- Produce eTraining modules using authoring tools such as Knowledge Worker, Adobe Suite, and Articulate
- Ensure consistent use of INNIO’s Corporate Design
- Translate material into 6 languages
- Incorporate feedback and support continuous improvement processes
- Keep accurate & promote roll‑out of training modules and programs
- Support colleagues & act as a role model for EHS and integrity
- Provide technical guidance on tools, processes and standards
- Comply with INNIO EHS and integrity policies (Code of Conduct)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in education, business or comparable studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English in order to deliver clear presentations
- First / good experience in comparable role in training & development in technical and commercial environment
- First / good experience in successfully designing / implementing training projects
- Strong digital skills: expert in MS-Office, modern web tools, reporting software (e.g., Tableau), JIRA and Learning Management Systems
- Good project management and problem‑solving skills
- Wokring in structured, detail‑oriented and accurate way
- Strong service mindset and partner with colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders in a professional, solution‑focused and creative way
