Position Overview:

The Director, Integrated Operations is responsible for driving enterprise-wide operational excellence, business process integration, execution discipline, and cross-functional performance management across all customer-facing and operational functions of the organization.

This role serves as a strategic operational leader reporting to the VP of Supply Chain and partners across commercial, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, planning, quality, aftermarket, and project management functions to improve scalability, predictability, operational efficiency, and execution performance.

The position is responsible for developing and institutionalizing operational governance, KPI management, business operating cadence, process standardization, and transformational initiatives that improve end-to-end business performance from order intake through customer delivery and aftermarket support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership team to develop and implement an operational excellence strategy for cross enterprise execution.
  • Engage cross functionally with functional leaders to drive standard work and process discipline across the organization.
  • Identify systemic business inefficiencies and execution bottlenecks.
  • Develop standardized operating processes and governance models.
  • Improve organizational scalability and execution consistency.
  • Implement an integrated operations governance process to drive accountability through KPI management and operational reviews.
  • Establish & manage an enterprise wide operating cadence rhythm.
  • Identify and provide governance and oversight on various continuous improvement initiatives tied to strategic business objectives or KPI improvement.
  • Facilitate alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional issue resolution and escalation management. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with supply chain focus or related field (or 10+ years of comparable industry experience)
  • 5+ years direct experience working with Material Requirements Planning module (Oracle preferred)
  • Prior experience working in an Industrial manufacturing company with experience in a shop floor environment a plus
  • Direct experience or leading and implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Direct experience working with suppliers and purchase order management
  • High degree of functional knowledge on developing and tracking KPIs.
  • Must be a collaborative team player, willing to take ownership of decisions and be a results-oriented self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence people across a complex matrixed organization, drive change at all levels of the organization, and excel in fast paced business environment.
