Description

The Business Excellence – System solutions specialist responsibilities include providing technological and system support in process improvement and reengineering and best practice principles to design and implement process modernization. Assists with system analysis, evaluation, and assessment leading to the development of recommendations for system and process improvements, optimization, development, and/or operations sustainment efforts for IT systems, software, and processes. Coordinates and manages quality assessments for proper implementation of programs, systems specifications, and quality standards.

In this role your daily tasks will be to
  • Design, correct, automatize report options and/or data extracts for individual or department users to provide information customized to specific needs
  • Translate system processes and technology into operational practices and vice versa
  • Support process improvements and projects from technical perspective (raw data, reports, interfaces, etc)
  • Identify and follow the resolution of issues related to systems and/or transfer of data between systems to ensure proper and efficient use
  • Design and coordinate system acceptance testing for projects and internal reports/systems
  • Evaluate system practices and recommend improvements and modifications to reduce time & manual effort
  • Understand, assess, and automatize business processes with the best fitting technical solutions
  • Create and maintain user materials providing instruction and reference
  • Participate in the development of connected IT infrastructure and architecture representing Finance
  • Have continuous cooperation within the team, with the internal clients and IT, IT support
  • Act as a backup for the monthly KPI dashboard creation

Your profile
  • Good command of English
  • Strong programming knowledge (mySQL, Oracle, Firebird)
  • Good understanding of objected oriented procedures for SQL databases SQL Views and procedures
  • Strong understanding of O365 online applications Sharepoint, PowerApps, Flows
  • Knowledge in XML and other interface technologies is an advantage
