In this role located in the business unit Customer Project Management at the Jenbach HQ, you’ll focus on project data analysis, reporting, and data-driven insight generation with a strong business and customer orientation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, exploring new topics and tools, and enjoy providing top-notch data-driven analysis that supports project management and leads to business improvement. 

We’re looking for someone who thrives on uncovering insights from complex project data and can translate findings into clear dashboards and reports for data-driven decision making. While you’ll leverage data analytics to drive project success, core data engineering and infrastructure responsibilities remain with our Digital and IT teams collaboration with these groups is key. Your Responsibilities:

• Own and shape project management analytics, operative reporting, and dashboard creation
• Provide actionable insights for decision-making and performance improvement across the Global Customer Project Management business unit and for senior leadership
• Define KPIs and automate and digitalize business unit reporting. Implement and work with the latest digital tools including AI-driven analytics to delivery actionable insights. Work with SQL queries, basic data modelling and provision incl. Azure, Tableau
• Spearhead initiatives in data governance, data quality, master data management, and customer feedback collection for data-driven decision making
• Manage cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across departments
• Transfer knowledge and best practices to the broader organization through support and training
• Work proactively, with attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Educational background in mathematics, data analytics, business/economics, IT, AI, or a related field
• Affinity for data, IT, AI, reporting, and a customer- and business-centric mindset
• 3-5 years experience in analytical & reporting background: understanding of how to gather data and move from data to insights, including graphical representation in dashboards e.g., using Tableau
• Intellectually curious, adaptable individual who thrives on learning new skills and domains rapidly
• Strong team player with excellent communication and cross-cultural skills
• Industry experience is welcome, especially in Energy and Power Generation 
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Additional experience in related fields is a plus e.g. IT, Digital, Engineering, Consulting, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Sales 
• Excellent English skills. German is highly preferred and beneficial; we support language development for the right candidate. Other languages are welcome
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
