Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in depth understanding of existing business policies and processes on orders and commercial KPIs
  • Perform monthly/quarterly closing, planning, forecasting activities and prepare key performance indicators on a monthly basis for reporting purposes to INNIO’s Management
  • Support VP of Controlling, FP&A Leader and Sales Controlling Leader with respective ad hoc requests / analytics / metrics / KPIs
  • Analyze actuals for order intake KPI’s and explain the main drivers versus Budget/Forecast
  • Cooperate with the Equipment and Services Lead FP&A Analysts to analyze actuals and explain the drivers versus Budget / Forecast / Prior Year
  • Perform in depth analysis of INNIO’s commercial performance by geographical / application and product line level
  • Support key initiatives and drive simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
  • Solid Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling
  • Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Ability to challenge existing processes, problem solving 
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience with financial systems / applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Fluency in English
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.093,91 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
