In this role you will be responsible for:  

  • Proactively generate a substantial number of leads in the APAC, CIS countries, Africa, and Europe regions
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage semi-warm leads for targeted outreach
  • Reach customers via phone or digital chanels - great opportunity to really learn the basics of sales
  • In 20-30 % of your time you will be supporting sales and business development teams across the globe (outbound calls to filter potential customers and setup meetings for Sales and BD, regional sales events)
  • Maintain records of all activities by registering them in CRM systems
  • Monitor and follow up with customers in "sleeping mode," ensuring continued engagement

Your Profile:  

  • Completed studies in the field of Business, Economics (or Engineering background preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, call-center, B2B products/ services
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), other language knowledge (German, Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Pro-active behaviour, eager to work collaboratively with international colleagues and across functions
  • Ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate issues,
  • Highly organized & strong attention to detail, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
