In this position, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide financial leadership and accounting guidance for parts fulfillment, remanufacturing product line, and deposit flow at global level
  • Provide financial management reporting for decision making, budget planning and operational execution on inventory, related warehousing costs and productivity initiatives
  • Perform accounting tasks and account reconciliation as part of the monthly/quarterly closing
  • Co-ordinate and support annual inventories / stock takes for the global warehouses
  • Provide financial input and responses to internal, external audits, process changes or user testing of new accounting set-ups

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good finance/controllership experience in a complex environment
  • ERP/Accounting software experience/ proficient in Excel
  • Project Management Experience
  • Excellent English skills
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
