The Team Leader - Customer Site Management (m/f/d) is responsible for leading the site management team to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the site management team to achieve operational excellence
- Plan and schedule all site activities within the team, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular, constructive feedback
- Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure high service quality and smooth workflows
- Supervise field service scheduling, technician dispatch, and tooling management (including shipments, calibration, rentals, audits, and invoicing)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in close coordination with the project team
- Provide technical support to the team, customers, and partners; lead root cause analysis and drive technical issue resolution
- Organize and deliver training sessions for team members on processes, systems, and safety standards
- Foster professional growth and career development within the team
- Support and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction
- Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for site operations
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct and participate in job interviews to select and onboard new team members
Your Profile:
- Educational background in Engineering (mechanical or electrical)
- Experience in site management for power plant execution, including material management
- Experience with products from INNIO and plant components
- Performance-oriented personality
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Good communication skills with people on construction site as well as executive level
- Excellent German and English (writing and speaking), other languages as a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Team player with strong ability to motivate
- Self-starter mentality and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally more than 50% (around the world)
