About the Role:

As a HR Business Partner at INNIO, you will be at the heart of daily HR operations, supporting managers and employees directly with practical solutions. This is not a people management or purely strategic position: here, you will be actively involved in all HR processes, from HRIS (Workday), compensation tools, contract administration, to onboarding and employee support.

Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively support business goals through the local implementation of HR strategy and adaptation of global policies.
- Drive and support change management and organizational transformation at an operational level.
- Continuously develop and optimize HR processes to ensure business value creation and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters, providing practical, actionable solutions.
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees: answer questions, solve problems, and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Ensure and check high accuracy of HR data in Workday and other HR systems.
- Support compensation and benefits processes using dedicated tools.
- Coordinate onboarding activities (including WINNIO Day), organize exit and stay interviews, and support employees returning from maternity leave.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting employer branding and the recruitment process.
- Facilitate and support learning & development and performance management processes, including calibration, career and succession planning.
- Collaborate with legal experts and ensure all HR activities are compliant with local regulations. Ensure GDPR compliance.
- Be a reliable, approachable partner for all HR-related topics, ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, law, economics, or human resources.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational HR roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Confident user of HRIS (Workday preferred) and compensation tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude, ready to support colleagues and managers in all HR matters.
