This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in line with INNIO’s project management standards and business objectives, while also supporting the coordination and execution of risk management activities within Group Accounting. 

The role includes support for risk review cycles, risk reporting, data quality checks, and the preparation of management reporting materials to ensure transparency, consistency, and reliable decision support.

 

Tasks:

  • Coordinates project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely project delivery 
  • Supports project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders 
  • Tracks project progress, identifies risks, and assists in issue resolution 
  • Organizes and facilitates project meetings, prepares agendas and minutes 
  • Maintains project documentation and ensures compliance with internal processes 
  • Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation 
  • Provides administrative support to project managers and project teams 
  • Supports the implementation of project management tools and best practices 
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and information flow 
  • Supports the continuous improvement of project management processes 
  • Coordinates and supports risk review activities, including preparation, follow-up, and reporting 
  • Maintains and monitors risk-related information in relevant systems and tools, including ServiceNow 
  • Supports risk owners and stakeholders during risk assessment, review, and approval activities 
  • Reviews risk data for completeness, consistency, and quality, and identifies gaps, inconsistencies, and missing approvals 
  • Supports the resolution of data quality and reporting issues with relevant stakeholders 
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc risk reports, heatmaps, summaries, and management presentation materials 
  • Consolidates and analyzes risk assessment results across entities and functions 
  • Supports the identification and communication of key developments, trends, and significant changes across reporting cycles
  • Supports the standardization and continuous improvement of risk reporting processes and related controls

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / project management / risk management, or equivalent (Master appreciated) or relevant education with sufficient years of work experience
  • Experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Experience in risk management, risk reporting, internal controls, or related governance activities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and within distributed teams
  • Hands-on and proactive work approach
  • Proactive learner, clear thinker, problem solving attitude
  • Good communicator oral and in writing
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible and working well with deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

 

Job specific knowledge:

  • Relevant work experience in project coordination
  • Experience with risk management processes and reporting
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow / risk management tools
  • Oracle/other ERP experience
  • Excellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of data
  • Strong data validation and reconciliation skills
  • Being able to work in multi-cultural teams with offshore locations
