The Maintenance Project Manager (m/f/d) ensures comprehensive maintenance and optimal performance of the T9 engine. This role is accountable for operational planning and forecasting of materials and field service resources. Acting as the single point of contact for all maintenance activities, in this role you will provide technical content and schedules for each project. The position oversees service execution, drives cost efficiency, and maintains high-quality standards. Additionally, you will implement continuous improvement measures and collaborate across teams to enhance system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of the T9 engine
- Act as the primary accountable person for the operational plan
- Manage short- and long-term forecasting of required materials and field service resources
- Serve as the single point of contact for both routine and corrective maintenance activities
- Provide technical content and time schedules for every
- Ensure cost-efficient maintenance practices
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all service activities, including those performed by internal teams and external third-party providers
- Analyse and implement continuous improvement measures to enhance system reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction, in close collaboration with specialized departments
- Responsible for preparing quality assurance documentation for individual orders, working closely with relevant functions
- Regularly reviews compliance with contractual quality guidelines
- Participate in interregional and cross-departmental project teams
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or maintenance management are beneficial
- Relevant technical training in gas engines or industrial equipment is preferred
- Proven experience managing complex maintenance projects, ideally within the energy or industrial sector
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external service providers
- Strong track record in operational planning, resource forecasting, and cost control
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Solid background in customer relationship management and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and compliance with contractual and safety standards
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional collaboration
- Successful management of projects involving technical troubleshooting and problem resolution
- English; German is an advantage
