Advanced Technical Service Product Specialist (m/f/d)
Description
The Advanced Technical Service Product Specialist (m/f/d) is an expert who drives and develops actively the Spare Parts Configurator (=SPC) project across all platforms. This role serves as the main support of the SPC Project Lead in implementing the latest engine configurations in the SPC tool and as an interface between Service and other departments, like Engineering and Digital. It is a versatile technical figure who can interact cross-functionally. The Specialist delivers periodic training to the SPC user base, while at the same time collects their feedback about tool performance and possible enhancements.

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the SPC project development
- Provide project requirements and constant feedback to the Digital Project Manager
- Organize and deliver training for all the SPC users
- Work closely to the Work Preparators to align part lists to the real field practice
- Provide constant updates to the user base, capturing their feedback and implementing it
- Implement latest NPI project in SPC consistently when serially released
- Monitor closely the spare parts related topics in the NPI projects and act proactively in preventing issues related to supersession of old parts
- Implement the latest engine configurations in the SPC, with particular focus on Type 9
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or in any relevant area
- Demonstrated ability to work across different functions and departments
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Basic technical understanding of reciprocating engine operation and maintenance requirements
- Good communication, facilitation & influencing skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
