Your tasks:
  • Monitor business transactions & ensure correct representation in the books as per IFRS standards
  • Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplifications, op. excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis
  • Perform activities required for month-end closing (preparing and posting accounting entries, running reports) according to the respective deadlines
  • Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation according to INNIO Policies and timely follow-up on open items
  • Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation to internal auditing
  • Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive accounting
  • Initiate and control monthly payments and provide issue resolution
  • Being a contact for internal inquiries
  • Focal point for functional projects
  • Supports KPI preparation
     
    Your profile:
    • 2-4 years of proven Accounting experience in a multi-gaap environment (SSC)
    • First-hand closing experience with Oracle, SAP or another ERP system
    • At least Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant years of experience in Finance)
    • Written and verbal fluency in English
    • Ability to learn/ understand Standard & Processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
    • Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
    • Effective interpersonal & communication skills and highly professional style
    • Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
