We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems & HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes and maintain our HR systems. In this role, you will play a key role to ensure data quality, support team operations, maintain process documentation, keep training materials up to date, drive process digitization, and support AI initiatives.

Your tasks:
  • Deliver and support execution through vendors of HR operations, including data entry and updates, user account and role maintenance, mass uploads, and resolution of minor system issues through workflow and notification monitoring 
  • Provide first-line support to HR and business users by resolving queries and assisting with system testing during updates and configuration changes. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits, validation of employee records, and support of data governance practices and standards. 
  • Act as a point of contact for HR system-related inquiries, offering user support and training.  
  • Enhance HR process efficiency by monitoring and documenting workflows, maintaining accurate system documentation with version control, and recommending improvements. 
  • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation; support the creation of HR system training content and deliver basic system training to new users during onboarding.
     
Your profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR system administration. 
  • Familiarity with HR processes, data management, process optimization, and system configuration.  
  • Experience with Workday HCM modules is a main advantage but not required. 
  • Excellent command of English (C1) is essential, German language is a plus. 
  •  Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data. 
  • Professionalism in handling confidential information. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
