Role Description:
- Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules for our gas engine and power plant projects
- Coordinate and align schedules with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers
- Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support project management in meeting milestones and deadlines
- Report and present progress and deviations to management
- Cross-functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution
- Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and Tools based on KPI’s such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections.
- Support know-how transfer and training programs for Distributors and Key Accounts to align project execution process the INNIO Jenbacher´s Project Management processes.
- Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Engineering (mechanical or electrical - e.g. HTL) and/or commercial Bachelor degree
- Professional experience in scheduling, project management, or a similar position
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team player and strong reliability
- Demonstrated external focus & inclusiveness
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
