About the Role: 

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

 

Role Summary  

Design and development of electrical systems for ourpower generation and oilfield equipment. This role will focus onelectrical component and system design, includingone-line diagrams, load lists, BOM creation, testing procedures, and system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate withengineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teamsto delivercost-effective, reliable, and innovative solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • System Design: Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, power distribution layouts, and bill of materials (BOMs) for packaged equipment, skids and control cabinets. 
  • Controls & Programming: Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs). 
  • Component Sizing: Size and specify electrical components, motors, sensors, transformers, and safety relays based on load requirements and NEC/IEC standards. 
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct point-to-point checks, functional testing, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before customer delivery. 
  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with mechanical and packaging design teams to ensure proper thermal management, enclosure integrity, and wire routing. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or modular equipment packaging.   
  • Industrial control panel standards (UL508A, NFPA 79, NEC).  Strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on wiring aptitude, and clear technical.  AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.
