Description
As an Project Lead Productivity Specialist - CSA you will support the CSA (Contractual Service Agreement) productivity initiatives aiming at optimizing the product’s life cycle cost. The main target is to identify and manage productivity projects which directly have an impact on the performance of the Service Contracts. You will be interacting and working closely with our service organization in the world-wide regions and the relevant teams in Jenbacher HQ.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate internally to initiate cross-functional projects aimed to optimize performance of the CSA fleet.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analysis.
- Preliminarily assess new ideas and appropriately involve key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present monthly reports of both commercial and operational outcomes of productivity projects.
- Manage service documents, digital tools and guidelines to ensure the sustainable and robust implementation of productivity programs.
- Support Digital team in improvements of the Service processes and tools.
- Manage productivity project pipelines.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, process, mechatronics, etc.).
- 3-5 years of experience in the energy sector paired with interest in commercial
- Technical background

- Occasional travel readiness (max 20%/year)
