Join INNIO Jenbacher as a Process and Support Specialist (m/f/d) and play a key role in driving efficiency and standardization within our Indirect Service Market Management (ISMM) team. You’ll focus on data quality, project management, and process optimization, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and supporting distributor management.

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure and improve data quality through regular reviews
- Support case resolution and project management
- Contribute to amendment design and implementation
- Align closely with MSA and other main internal stakeholders
- Provide sustainable support during planning cycles (DDF, OPH, Connectivity)
- Standardize and optimize processes
- Analyze and report KPIs
- Support distributor management as needed (to a minor extend)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or similar field
- Experience with reporting, KPIs, and Excel
- Contract and product knowledge as well as service environment experience
- Good project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent English skills
