As a Contract Master Data Expert, your role is to establish the groundwork for contract analytics, ensure the accuracy of system data, and facilitate efficient process execution. This position necessitates extensive collaboration with multiple regions and departments to ensure high-quality contract data outcomes. The successful candidate will possess expertise in product management, business process, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong data background and a project-oriented mindset. While contract-related experience is beneficial, it is not a must.

In this role you will be responsible for:  

• Monitoring and manage rectifying inconsistencies in contract data across applications
• Overseeing access to the contract library and acting as a proactive gatekeeper
• Driving the continued process automation between internal applications/systems
• Developing and aligning concepts with business stakeholders and IT counterparts
• Reviewing / re-defining standards for contracts
• Ensuring accurate operating hours and start times to guarantee revenue in accordance with contracts and automate the process
• Providing mentorship and guidance on contract analysis and processes to internal teams upon request
• Handling large volumes of data and using data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns
• Applying a project mindset to establish new processes, delegate tasks, and manage escalations
• Utilizing process mining techniques to identify and rectify anomalies

Your Profile:  

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data sciences or equivalent from an accredited College or University
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• Several years of experience in a contract or customer master data position with ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns
• In-depth knowledge of contract processes, approaches, terminology, etc
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Experience with Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools
• Familiarity with contract terminology and language
• Ideally, some experience or familiarity with contract-related work
