The Operations Business Partner will work in a close cooperation with the Operations Function. The Operations Business Partner will be responsible for providing and implementing the overall IT strategic direction (IT systems, solutions and tools) along with the production sites, including IT-projects planning and execution, and business processes improvements. The role will report to the Head of IT Business solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and actively promote the uniform IT strategic direction / applications landscape for different productions sites
  • Secure proper alignment between Business and IT and ensure that agreed changes are implemented
  • Discuss IT-demands with the Operations Function, monitor the compliance with the IT strategic direction, advise on needs in terms of hardware, software and infrastructure, ensure business cases development, plan and prioritize backlog, assist on / manage IT-projects execution, perform ongoing benefits review
  • Own the lifecycle, TCO and license management of legacy functional applications (30+ apps), negotiate with vendors / contractors
  • Actively manage stakeholders, ensure ownership on data, systems and processes, collaborate with IT internal teams securing timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent
  • Strong working experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 manufacturing/industrial companies (e.g., automotive)
  • Excellent project management, change management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • High level of energy, self-motivation, positive mindset, and strong customer focus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and influencing skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and a focus on results
