The IT Service Manager Frontend oversees critical IT services' management and provision, ensuring they meet quality standards and business goals. In this role, you will manage issues, request and projects oversee the IT O365 and EUS Team, ensure smooth change implementation, and cultivate good connections with stakeholders.
This includes following application management: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Intunes/SCCM, mobile device management, end-user client management, Group Policy Object (GPO), end-user services, printer contract management, software and hardware management, Office 365 management, operating system management, and application packaging.

 Your Responsibilities:
  • Face to the business: alignment with leaders in regards to technical solutions and escalations.
  • Operational Support: Manage technical support for end-user services, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team focused on Office 365 and End User Services, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on the status, performance, and needs of the EUS area.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects including the EUS area, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Global EUS Area Responsibility: Oversee and manage the global end-user service area, ensuring consistent and high-quality IT support across all locations.
Your Profile:
  • Technical IT Experience: Proven experience in end-user service area, network, and Active Directory.
  • Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a high-skilled team, with strong collaboration skills.
  • ITIL Environment: Experience working in an ITIL environment, with an understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • German fluent speaking, English speaking
