Your Responsibilities:
 
In this role, as a junior team member, you’ll be supported in learning and performing tasks such as:
  • Assisting with purchase orders for repetitive materials and managing item activation processes.
  • Supporting RFP & RFQ processes and placing first-piece qualification orders.
  • Helping maintain supplier data and initiating new supplier onboarding workflows.
  • Resolving accounts payable issues and invoice holds.
  • Providing drawings to suppliers upon request and maintaining sourcing attributes in ERP systems.
  • Participating in sourcing process improvements, data cleaning, and system testing (ERP, PLM, etc.).
  • Learning to use and promote e-tools with suppliers (e.g., ASN, Supply On, Basware).

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics; or a high school diploma with relevant knowledge/experience.
  • Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken, actively using)
  • Basic understanding of sourcing processes (previous internship or experience in an entry level role in sourcing, procurement or related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is essential
  • Any experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or data management tools is a plusOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Open to occasional travel to our HQ in Jenbach, Austria.
