We are seeking a Sourcing Program Manager to join our supply chain team in Waukesha, WI. In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency, strengthen resilience, mitigate risk, and support long‑term business growth. You will develop and execute strategic sourcing programs while partnering closely with the Direct Material Sourcing team and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead and manage cross-functional sourcing programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and resource availability.
- Prepare and deliver project timelines, risk assessments, and business review updates to senior leadership.
- Track and support execution of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cost Savings & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead cost‑savings ideation sessions and develop a strong savings pipeline.
- Drive execution and tracking of all cost‑savings initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, product line management, and quality to align sourcing strategies and initiatives with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Actively engage with business leaders and functional owners to develop strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure clear communication throughout all program phases.
- Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships to ensure program success and accelerate decision-making.
- Project Management & PMO Expertise
- Apply Agile project management principles to drive flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement in sourcing initiatives.
- Serve as the Sourcing team’s PMO (Project Management Office) subject matter expert, providing guidance on project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
What you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and business acumen, with proven influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills developed through at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven track record in project management, risk management, and strategic sourcing.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong knowledge/skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial, intrinsically motivated mindset with demonstrated ownership of responsibilities.
- Team player mentality and continuous improvement mindset.

- Familiarity with reciprocating engine components, manufacturing processes, and key suppliers.
Additional Details:
- Location: Waukesha, WI
- Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international.
