Sales Operations Manager - Data Center (m/f/d)

The Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for supporting the data center power generation sales team with operational processes, data analysis, sales tool management and online marketing campaigns. This role ensures that the sales organization runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on improving sales performance and aligning operations with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead commercial team meetings to gather customer and market information
- Lead online marketing campaigns
- Progress tracking of activities with key customers / key accounts
- Forecasting of expected order intake based on risks and opportunities of current sales pipeline
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to sales leadership to support decision-making
- Support the sales team in CRM management, including data integrity, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Drive / ensure data quality in CRM tool
- Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales quota tracking
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports for tracking key metrics
- Close cooperation with sales director for the data center segment
- Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis for commercial leadership team
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
