As Product Cost Manager Services (m/f/d), you are the key expert for spare parts cost transparency and lifecycle cost insight at INNIO. You establish and maintain robust lifecycle cost models and calculation tools, ensuring a single, reliable source of truth for service‑related cost data. You identify cost drivers and optimization potential, providing the analytical foundation for cost improvement initiatives across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain transparent cost structures for key spare parts
- Perform systematic cost analyses to identify cost drivers and optimization potential across the service value chain
- Provide the analytical foundation for cost improvement initiatives led by Service Productivity, Sourcing, and Supply Chain
- Develop, maintain, and continuously refine engine lifecycle cost (LCC) and total cost of ownership (TCO) models
- Integrate version impacts, cost escalations, maintenance schedules, and unplanned events into LCC models to improve cost‑driver transparency
- Design, implement, and maintain standardized lifecycle cost calculation tools
- Provide cost‑based input to pricing strategies and business cases for spare parts, service agreements, upgrades, and overhauls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service Productivity, Product Management, Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, IT) to ensure robust, aligned and comprehensive LCC modeling
- Support commercial and product teams in interpreting LCC results and translating insights into strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor and analyze LCC metrics and trends, recommending actions to improve lifecycle cost performance
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent business degree with a solid technical background
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data quality and consistency
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, and actionable insights
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, proactive and flexible working style
- Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
