As a Senior Manager - Product Performance Service Agreements at INNIO you will be responsible for strategic service decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and EBITDA for the global service agreement. This role involves leading a team of 3 people, managing the Service Contract Life cycle Management Tool, and ensuring data accuracy in the Service Cost Catalogue. The Senior Manager oversees Contract Service Agreements (=CSA) templates and special release rules, collaborates with various departments, and handles the entire resolution cycle for service cases. Key responsibilities include optimizing service tools, improving contract templates, and managing & developing team performance.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the CSA Product Performance Team of 3 direct reports
- Optimize service contract life cycle management tools, service cost catalogue, pricing target setting as well as processes
- Enhance CSA contract templates and special release rules to boost revenue
- Collaborate with Service Finance for performance reviews and pricing strategies
- Conduct performance reviews and manage team objectives
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with business experience
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Geman language skill is an advantage
- Very strong experience in service operations, preferably in the energy sector
- Highly proficient commercial and technical background
- Proven track of successful managing diverse, cross functional and multidisciplinary teams and managing large scale projects
- Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
- Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
