The NAM Multi-year Agreement Execution Specialist will take ownership of the Material Stream Agreement (MSA) execution process for the region, with responsibilities including forecasting events, scheduling parts, financial reporting, and contract amendments.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain rolling six-month maintenance forecasts for region MSAs based on distributor and customer inputs
  • Confirm quarterly shipment schedules with distributors and internal stakeholders
  • Track and audit monthly shipment actuals to address forecasting gaps and track MSA shipment backlogs
  • Address shipment delays and expedite solutions to bring shipments back in line with expectations
  • Share parts demand from MSA scopes with fulfillment team for execution
  • Maintain library of controlled documents outlining scope for each contract
  • Evaluate and process requests for terms and scope changes, including calculating impact to margin, calculating billing rate changes, updating documentation, and communicating to stakeholders
  • Develop plans for successful execution of agreements and drive continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Collaborate with finance and fulfillment to establish annual and quarterly projections and estimate execution risk
  • Forecast, track and report overhauls sold within MSAs
  • Calculate and roll-out annual price escalations as dictated by contract terms
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or related required
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in business/operational functions
  • Expert in Excel, proficient in all other Microsoft applications, and overall IT literacy (ability to learn ORACLE, SalesForce, etc.)
  • Results-oriented, strong attention to detail is necessary
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S without Visa sponsorship
