The Team Lead for Data Analytics acts as a key position in driving and the Digital Transformation within Services and delivering actionable insights for business operations.   

With the growing amount of data available our team structure for data analytics is rapidly growing. In order to secure a sustainable growth, we are looking for a Team Leader responsible for leading a cross functional team of data analysts, process analysts and reporting specialists. This role serves as a junction between the team in Hungary and the teams in the Headquarter in Jenbach.   

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience manipulating/coding/automating data to uncover insights and drive action. The candidate should be able to distill information, communicate clearly, and ensure that analytics and insights are embedded in decision-making. Knowledge and understanding of MRO services is a plus.

Your responsibilities:  

  • Lead a cross-functional team to implement, analyze data and identify trends using various models to drive efficiency, and uncover insights to support actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Provide other service functions with information and analytics that provide meaningful, actionable, data-driven opportunities for customer-centric growth across service categories, channels, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with IT/Digital teams on data, automation, and reporting requirements to develop data/analysis and reporting capabilities, while ensuring data quality assurance.
  • Ability to self-service, compile and consolidate data into a singular view consumable by leaders and teams.
  • Responsible for distilling in-depth insights from complex analyzes and delivering effective presentations to senior management

Your profile   

  • Completed university studies with a focus on Business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in any other language is a plus
  • Strong appetite for data and digital innovation is a Must have.
  • Solid analytical skills and strategic thinking with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions in complex environments.
  • Ability to take multiple data inputs, be comfortable with large data sets, and synthesize them into easy-to-understand and actionable insights.
  • Not afraid to get their hands dirty in data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with innovative thinking and a proactive approach
  • Entrepreneurial start-up mindset, not afraid to try new things, agile, independent, and self-motivated.
  • Organized and good with time management, with a strong ability to multi-task and adapt.
  • Experience of project management using agile frameworks and implement/adapt frameworks to the companies’ specific requirements.
