As a Procurement Process Excellence Team Leader at INNIO you will drive and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen procurement operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role combines expertise in process optimization, project leadership, procurement practices, etc. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. Over time, the role will expand to include responsibilities in Master Data Management (MDM), as well as others, contributing to the governance, quality, and integration of enterprise data.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong data skills and procurement knowledge, able to lead cross-functional workstreams and support team development, with a clear trajectory toward future leadership responsibilities.

Your tasks:

  • Initiate, lead and support cross-functional projects focused on procurement process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Apply process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to identify, design, and implement workflow enhancements.
  • Coordinate and guide stakeholders across procurement, finance, operations, and other functions to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Provide actionable insights into procurement and spend data by defining KPIs and delivering accurate analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • Supporting data governance, quality, and integration processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in procurement analytics, process excellence, reporting, and MDM practices.
  • Lead by example, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, sourcing, or category management.
  • Strong background in process improvement and project management (Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is an advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data visualization and reporting.
  • Knowledge or interest in data governance, and data quality principles (experience is a plus, willingness to grow in this area is essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams, ideally with some informal leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
