As the Senior Engine Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and growth of the Waukesha VHP Engine product line. You’ll drive product development, market expansion, and lifecycle management, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and service teams to deliver differentiated solutions that exceed market expectations.

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Waukesha VHP product line.
• Lead multi-generational product planning and successful new product introductions (NPIs).
• Develop and prioritize product requirements, business cases, and value propositions.
• Create marketing strategies and offerings tailored to target markets.
• Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Deliver product line and lifecycle reviews to inform decisions on profitability, R&D, and investment.
• Support sales, service, and customer engagement to drive growth.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development.
• Proven success in launching new products and entering new markets.
• Experience building business cases and value propositions for technical products.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in oil & gas or energy sectors
• Technical knowledge in reciprocating engines and power generation. 
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across large organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to mentor and build high-performing teams.
• Quick adaptability to new business areas and market shifts.
