As the Senior HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic HR partner for Jenbacher Operations at our Waukesha facility, supporting the growth and development of a high-performing organization. In this role, you will establish and maintain effective HR structures, processes, and programs while attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. By aligning people strategies with business objectives, you will foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture that enables operational excellence and sustainable growth.
What you'll do:
- Provide HR leadership to a rapidly expanding Jenbacher Operations organization, ensuring strategic alignment between workforce planning and business goals.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to Operations and Supply Chain leadership, providing HR expertise, guidance, and strategic direction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, offering support and guidance on core HR matters and best practices.
- Coach leaders and supervisors on effective leadership behaviors, communication, employee engagement, and positive employee relations.
- Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations, to deliver impactful HR solutions.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and processes across the site.
- Lead and implement local HR initiatives while supporting the rollout of company-wide HR programs, policies, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies, serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations and legal matters.
What you'll have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years supporting manufacturing operations.
- Experience working within a global or international organization, with a strong customer-service mindset and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated business acumen and a proven ability to operate as a strategic HR business partner.
- Experience leading employee relations, engagement, and communication initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Strong working knowledge of HR disciplines, including employee relations, employment law, performance management, recruiting and staffing, change management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, dispute resolution, communications, and HR recordkeeping.
- Enthusiastic, hands-on team player who enjoys building, improving, and shaping organizational success.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
