The Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities related to indirect goods and services. This role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive cost-effective procurement strategies across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of 9 procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for your own commodities to achieve optimal terms and conditions
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Constantly monitor existing procurement processes and develop and implement continuous process optimization measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability and innovation within the procurement function
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; an HTL qualification is also accepted
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in procurement, particularly in indirect procurement
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring diverse teams
- Advanced negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across various departments and regions
- Skilled in using procurement-related software and digital tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in German and English
