Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support cross-functional training projects and programs including Instructor-led Training, eTraining and Webinars for our Product Training Programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define target groups and business- and learning objectives
  • Evaluate Training demands and consultation of internal and external stakeholders to determine the best training method based on learning objectives and target groups
  • Lead and execute the creation of all kinds of training materials, e.g. student handouts and slides, trainer guidelines and handbooks, online tests, eTraining modules and hands-on training instructions
  • Continuously improve the standard of existing training materials and maintain accuracy, clarity and a consistent Corporate Design
  • Lead the roll-out, implement and promote newly developed training programs
  • Partner with talent acquistion and talent management department
  • Make sure all approvals from Subject Matter Experts (Engineering, Services, EHS, HR and others), Communications and Legal are in place for all published training materials
  • Comply with all applicable INNIO EHS and integrity policies (Code of Conduct)

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in education, business or comparable
  • Several years of experience in comparable role in training & development in technical and commercial environment
  • Proven track of successful designed/implemented training projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Ability to develop creative ideas independently and in collaboration with a strong team
  • Ability to work independently and proactively and to address complex issues and concerns as they arise
  • Strong proficiency with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and modern web technology
  • Strong customer focus and professional and creative collaboration with colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders
  • Strong interest in learning and development strategies and implementation of state-of-the-art global learning offerings and sustainable learning approaches
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.003,80 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
