Business Process Owner - Service Contract (m/f/d)

In this role you will manage the performance of the long-term service contracts MYAs (= Multi Year Agreements) and associated processes & controls. You will be responsible for the lifetime performance from contract start until contract end (phase out). You will make costs and revenue opportunities visible and initiate activities with relevant stakeholders and lead associated projects for performance improvements. You will be working closely with our service organization and the relevant organizational functions in the INNIO Head Quarter in Jenbach.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design and establish a high-professional process for contract handling
  • Set-up and maintain existing process-controlling tools to ensure process accuracy
  • Drive digitalization of MYA contract portfolio
  • Ensure transparency of actual contract-portfolio and performance at any time
  • Provide benchmarks, and deliver adequate dashboards to control contracts and to take corrective measurements
  • Perform regular contract performance reviews with relevant stakeholders like customer service managers, regional leaders, service management etc.
  • Contract data management e.g. periodical review data to ensure completeness of contract documentation within relevant systems
  • Support organization in defining new tools and ensure transition from legacy tools
  • Define/create process/work-instruction and ensure documentation within relevant quality tools (e.g. Adonis)
  • Partner & competence center for all contract performance management issues for e.g. Service Finance, operations, service business development, and technical service operations

Our Requirements: 
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Technics (with strong economic background)
  • Very strong experience in service area 
  • Proven success on contract management in technical service area with major cost improvements projects for life-cycle optimization
  • Experience on risk management or fleet management (e.g. from automotive industry, insurance business)
  • Ability to challenge existing processes, problem solving skills 
  • Strong analytical skills: generate alternatives and drive positive change
  • Hands-on approach and autonomous in work 
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information
  • Solid PC skills: experience with operational systems/applications, strong excel skills
  • Direct and/or indirect leadership experience preferred
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.003,80 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
