  • Accountable for cost-effective operation and maintenance of assigned fleet under service contracts CSA/MSA.
  • Lead CSA/MSA customer relationship & issues management. 
  • Identified opportunities outside CSA/MSA scope (TX, CM&U and Field Service).
  • Support and control timely billing and receivables collection 
  • Reporting contract execution for financial, technical, and administrative performance. 
  • Reporting rhythm with customer for contract execution.
  • Lead warranty and concessions cases for the CSA / MSA fleet. 
  • Supporting to manage material and labor resources in a cost sensitive way. 
  • Provide recommendations for operations improvement initiatives. 
  • Work within the services team to achieve service key performance indicators. 
  • Prepare and participate in cross functional weekly meetings with Sales, Finance, and Service Managers to achieve financial targets. 
  • Participate in cross functional weekly meetings with service, technical support, finance, and sales to achieve business KPI. 
  • Utilize Oracle ERP and Salesforce (SFDC) systems.
  • Analyze long term service contract (Material Stream Agreement) performance
  • Coordinate Material Stream Agreement contract amendments with service sales, field service, finance, and fulfillment teams. 
  • Prepare yearly CSA / MSA escalation and pricing.
  • Improve customer satisfaction, focusing on productivity, cost control and on-time delivery. 
  • Flexibility to attend any other reasonable tasks as required 
  • Technical & administrative support and coordination on all commissionings, outages, repairs and modifications
Qualification Requirements :

  • Understanding of common finance metrics and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with business ERP systems and strong MS Office skills 
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus 
  • Commercial Background through a commercial education (e.g. Bachelor) and significant experience in a commercial, ideally customer facing role. 
  • Highly developed skill & expertise in customer interaction, negotiation & pro-active issue resolution 
  • Kean to learn & grow every day to deliver world class service in a very dynamic environment 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Good presentation development and broader communication skills that turn concepts into effective structured messages for non-technical internal and external decision makers. 
  • Ability to represent the company formally and informally to influence internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, Engineering, Business or Finance
  • Languages: English & Spanish

  • Knowledge of reciprocating gas engines operation and maintenance activities 
  • Well-founded field service activities expertise related to power generation plants
