Senior Distributor Performance Development Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, the successful candidate assess global key Distributor (DR) Performance and drive distributorship contract execution, based on DR Assessment Process and respective KPIs.

Your Responisibilities:

  • Perform market share trend analysis in relevant DR markets
  • Organize regular commercial DR audits in alignment with leadership and DR Assessment Process
  • Understand contractual obligations and rate DRs to different performance levels taking into consideration relevant market dynamics
  • Align performance assessment data with sales regions, channel managers and relevant INNIO stakeholders
  • Propose and align support measures for medium and low performing DRs with sales regions and channel managers
  • Create growth and development plans for medium/low performing DRs and communicate them to DRs
  • Track and report performance of growth and development plans
  • Prepare and run internal and external ops rhythms for leadership updates, DR meetings
  • Manage conflict and escalation steps between DRs and INNIO
  • Collect market data on selected markets and suggest adaptions to go-to-market strategies to leadership
  • Share standards, best practices and capabilities across regions in the INNIO network
  • Manage process for pipeline of additional and/or replacement of DRs

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Marketing, BD, Engineering or related discipline (OR a High School Diploma with significant job related work experience)
  • Experience within a business change environment and program execution
  • Experience with conflict management
  • Advanced understanding of contracts
  • Demonstrated experience in customer facing roles
  • Ability to communicate with higher management levels
  • Demonstrated success in working in a multicultural and virtual organization
  • Preferably, knowledge about INNIO products (engines and services) as well as of internal INNIO processes in Sales and Services
  • Fluent in English and sufficient German skills, third language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (~30 %)
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.765,45 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
