IT Product Owner & Project Manager (m/f/d) – Contract Lifecycle Management

INNIO is continually developing its Jenbacher Engine service operations and service offering. In order to capitalize on this business segment, INNIO has developed a Contract Lifecycle Management (=CLM) software suite that is tailored to Service contract generation and execution.
The IT Product Manager (m/f/d) CLM will manage all aspects of the software, from ensuring stable operations, to developing functionality and feature set in close alignment with key business stakeholders, and implementing these with internal and external partners.

Your Responsibilities:
- Create and prioritize features and requirements to create a product backlog which aligns with the product vision and goals and continuously refine it based on feedback and changing business needs
- Ensure the product backlog is clearly defined and well understood by the development team
- Decide on which features to include in each sprint or release, based on the value they will deliver to users and the business
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g. users, leadership team, and other departments) on matters related to the product
- Ensure proper user acceptance testing, training, product documentation and issue resolution
- Continuously monitor the product's performance and gather feedback from users and stakeholders, using (data-driven) insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements
- Evaluate the work by the development team and provide continuous feedback
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong project- & product management, problem solving and influencing skills
- Ability to understand complex business problems and to convert them into IT requirements
- Strong experience in agile software development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Ability to work independently and proactively and to address complex issues and concerns as they arise
- Strong customer focus and professional collaboration with colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders, including communication and presentation skills
- Strong work engagement and efficient self-organization

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
