The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager with daily tasks to ensure projects are executed smoothly. This person will be responsible for meeting project requirements and controlling costs, through coordinating and effectively utilizing the resources for the project.

 

responsibilities

  • Assist with tracking budget expenses, reporting, and keeping to timelines
  • Review materials, timelines, activities, and documentation
  • Support project resources throughout the project lifecycle and updating project plan
  • Serve as the point person for the project
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement all tasks that relate to each project
  • Facilitate communication meetings between internal departments and project teams
  • Assist in data collection and validation efforts
  • Maintain detailed record of project activities and retain records upon completion

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project coordinating or project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Experience with project management techniques and tools
  • Experience with continuous process improvement
  • Ability to develop and track budget expenses
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially with Excel
