The Account Coordinator supports the Account Management team and is responsible for day-to-day  

interactions with existing client stakeholders & internal workstreams. The successful candidate should be  

able to provide evidence of an adaptable approach to a fast-changing environment and be able to display  

effective time management, communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability on Project change  

management, production status tracking, and production schedule coordination are all key attributes in this  

role. This person will work as part of a large team and will report directly to the Senior Manager for Client  



Support Account Management team through a predefined production management process.  

Oversee and facilitate procurement, production, shipping, and billing for the client’s jobs and  


Be a vital, proactive link between the client, production, and suppliers to ensure all terms of our  

client SLA’s / contract are delivered flawlessly.  

Management of stock system (where required) ordering process and stock control.  

Build successful partnerships with the client marketing team for those you engage with.  

Prepare and oversee the status of all client jobs and / or projects, confirm that all jobs are  

delivered on-time, and expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen  


Work closely with design teams and ensure project and executional guidance given at  

briefing stage.  

Responsible for quality of inputs on our procurement management system (VALO).  

Ensure contract obligations are being met by both InnerWorkings and the client.  

Reinforce compliance with company policies and procedures individually and with your  

respective team.  


Experience with print management and point of sale (POS).  

Knowledge and understanding of direct mail and the fulfilment process.  

In-Direct & direct client interfacing experience.  

Experience working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate job costs and schedules.  

Proven project management skills.  

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.   

Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.  

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.  

Full clean driving license with their own car for business travel if required.
