The Client Success Associate will provide sales support for new and existing clients on VALO Client Applications.
- Provide technical assistance for sales of eCommerce site presentations and proposals.
- Ensuring that the clients’ expectations are aligned with the eCommerce services InnerWorkings is able to deliver.
- Communicating and working closely with the IT department and Account Managers.
- Writing and reviewing project statement of work documents.
- Gathering project details in coordination with the Implementation team.
- Advising IT management of any milestone/target issues.
- Ensuring maximum client satisfaction within the scope of the project.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the suite of platforms.
- Providing training on eStore related software to Account Managers and Production Managers.
- Implementing eCommerce sites using InnerWorkings tools.
- Fielding customer service questions, answering, or routing to the appropriate resource.
- Understanding the use of ERP, eCommerce, and other InnerWorkings technology and training internal/external customers.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or print
- Must be fluent (written and spoken) in English
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a larger Global Project Team
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
