This is an exciting opportunity to flex & expand your knowledge of the local PC market with the world's largest IT distributor, Ingram Micro! Our internal Account Management team exists to provide excellent customer service & sales to our customers on a breadth of IT products & services.
If you have least one year of experience in an inside/internal account management, telesales or other customer service focused role, we will develop you to be the best you can be in the exciting IT industry.
- Build relationships with existing accounts
- Partner with external sales representatives to drive sales growth
- Upsell/cross sell IT solutions to our reseller channel
- Participate in external and internal training sessions
Some ideal skills/experience:
- Ideally you will be degree educated and looking to develop your career in IT solutions
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Passion for sales & driven to hit targets
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
