Associate Professional, Account Management - Dropbox/Storage Guardian

We are recruiting for an Associate Professional, Account Management - Dropbox/Storage Guardian.  The sky’s the limit with your career at Ingram Micro Cloud!

Our cloud team is growing again and we’re looking for the best of the best to communicate how our unique cloud strategy will unlock revenue opportunities for our reseller partner base and more importantly, business process enhancements for their customers.  Ingram Micro Cloud is a master cloud service provider (mCSP), offering channel partners and professionals access to a global marketplace, expertise, solutions and enablement programs that empower organizations to configure, provision and manage cloud technologies with confidence and ease.

  This role is designed to exceed all sales targets, help our channel partners adopt new technologies to transform their companies, effectively communicate the advantages of various cloud solutions, evangelize the benefits of the Ingram Micro cloud portfolio, and help drive cloud adoption throughout the IT channel in Canada. 



  • Manage the sales relationship with Storage Guardian and Dropbox
  • Meet the key performance indicators set for Storage Guardian and Dropbox (mainly partner Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts Storage Guardian and Dropbox
  • Growing profitable sales, activations, and/or market share of Storage Guardian and Dropbox
  • focus of building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Effectively communicate and educate channel partners on the benefits of the Ingram Micro cloud strategy
  • Successfully prepare and deliver presentations communicating the Ingram Micro cloud value proposition
  • Resolving escalations on moderate to complex functions of order management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently achieves short-term and long-term sales and market share goals set forth
  • Accurately track and manage all sales activities and updates within Microsoft CRM tool pipeline management tool
  • May travel up to 10% (which may include international travel)


University degree or College diploma and minimum of 3 years experience in at IT services role, and 1 year experience selling cloud services

Job Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

  • Solid understanding of the IT industry and the cloud landscape
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage time, work toward common goals, and work independently as well as in group/team settings
  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving agility, proven multi-tasking, successful prioritization of competing tasks, and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven capabilities in advanced sales negotiations, operational/transactional experience, closing sales and order management in a high performance culture
  • Proven ability to multi-task, respond to rapid change, manage projects, manage detail, manage relationships and resources, and set realistic and achievable goals/objectives and timelines
  • Demonstrated understanding of the IT market, including distribution channels, Ingram Micro’s role in the channel, and competitor information
  • Able to track activities and report back to management in a clear effective way
