Upgrade your talent by:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process for IT related positions
  • Collaborating with managers to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy
  • Acting as a partner/advisor to hiring managers and the business
  • Assisting in developing and executing recruiting and sourcing strategies that identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Utilizing innovative digital tools for purposes of Talent Acquisition
  • Participating and leading interesting and innovative HR/TA projects
  • Working closely with the employer branding team in building Talent Pools and recruitment campaigns for social media, online channels etc.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant
  • 2+ years of professional experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Natural curiosity in the tech field
  • Strong knowledge and experience with sourcing, such as utilizing LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms
  • Excellent communication skills; English - C1
  • Experience with Workday and/or Jobvite is an asset
  • Customer-centric approach and strong stakeholder management capabilities
