Associate II, Customer Support Bilingual French English | Customer Service Engagement Representative Bilingual French English, Operations


Customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient individual that can deliver outstanding customer service by working closely with other team members and departments to answer customer questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting post sales inquiries.

Responsible for answering incoming calls, incoming emails, investigating post sales transactions with internal/external departments, and data processing of invoice discrepancies and inventory returns.

Requirements:

Education:
High School Diploma, or GED, some college preferred
Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferred experience in technology industry or a call center environment
Knowledge of: professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care.

Strong oral, written and grammatical English/French communication skills 

Ability to: multi-task, responds to rapid change; organize, prioritize and perform work with moderate supervision.
