Upgrade your talent by:

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day account support, telephone and email exchange, with international/global account
  • Supplying product and price information, making offers and ensuring follow up of orders
  • Acting as the first point of contact for a European key account customer on questions related to orders, pricing, and product availability
  • Managing all calls in a professional, timely, and appropriate manner
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to open orders (ETAs, order status updates, product information, pricing, etc)
  • Researching and providing quoting information by utilizing such tools as Excel and CRM
  • Submitting, tracking, and escalating bids/quotes from customers
  • Entering orders into the system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements
  • Performing ongoing maintenance of Customer Profiles for the assigned customer base

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong knowledge in Italian and German - written and verbal at B2/C1 level
  • Good knowledge in English -B1 
  • Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques, and customer care
  • Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
  • Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset
