•First point of contact for any operational topic/escalation
•Monitors & ensures product availability, transportation, IT & invoicing at KPIs levels
•Own the end-to-end initiatives as an agent of the business sponsor
•Define & drives short-and-long-term plans to optimize operations
•Leads business operations projects to a successful conclusion
•Develop, optimize & maintain business documentation
•Provides subject matter expertise & training
•Prepares quarterly operations reviews focusing on processes optimization
Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in related field
•Proven experience in project management of large sized, complex, and enterprise accounts with supervisory responsibilities
•Experience in project planning and costing, process design and re-engineering, large project management, and capital intensive project evaluation such as EVA, IRR, or ROIC.
•Solid communication skills both written and oral
•Experience leading large cross-function teams
•Mastery skill level of Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and MS Project management tools.
